For over 32 years, I have dedicated my life to holistic therapy, education, and the transformative power of crystals. As an International ITEC-qualified Holistic Therapist, Crystal Healing Practitioner, and proud member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt passion to every aspect of my work.

My journey began in 1992 when I first qualified as a Massage Therapist, alongside Anatomy and Physiology. Soon after, I expanded into Beauty Therapy and Holistic Healing, laying the foundation for a career devoted to nurturing wellbeing.

Balancing family life with professional growth, I worked at Champneys Spa, where I offered massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability and resilience, and it inspired me to become self-employed later, renting therapy rooms in London while continuing to work part-time at Champneys.

Driven by a desire to give back, I pursued higher education to become an adult lecturer, teaching in Further Education Colleges and at the London College of Beauty Therapy. I cherish the memories of my students, especially the class of 2010 at Stanmore College, who reminded me of the joy of learning and sharing knowledge.

Crystals have always been at the heart of my practice. Whether gemstones, tumblestones, or raw forms, they are more than just beautiful objects — they are companions in emotional healing, protection, and self-discovery. As a Reiki practitioner and crystal healer, I have witnessed their profound impact. While some ask if crystals “really work,” I believe their true power lies in how they inspire us to believe in ourselves, to pause, and to reconnect with our inner strength.

Above all, crystals are mesmerisingly beautiful. Their natural auras and radiant energy bring joy, calm, and inspiration into our lives. Whether you embrace their metaphysical properties or simply admire their beauty, they offer something meaningful to everyone.
