*If you purchase a digital file, please note that no physical product will be shipped to you.

*You will receive a high-quality digital file that can be printed up to A3 (297x420mm) size. This file will be emailed to you, and you can print it yourself at home, through an online printing company, or at a local print shop.

*Rest assured that the digital file will be prepared and personalised promptly, typically within the same day, although we ask for a maximum of 48 hours.

Please be aware that colours may vary based on screen resolution, printer, and paper quality.

DETAILS FOR PERSONALISATION
All details must be correct. Please check for Typos, as they will not be rectified as names are directly copied and pasted from your order.

*If you desire a preview of your print before it is dispatched, kindly request this when placing your order. Please specify whether you are comfortable with being contacted via Etsy Messenger or if you prefer it to be sent to your email. If you opt for the emailed version, please provide the email address for delivery.*

*Please note that the price includes 3 revisions/corrections. Any additional changes beyond this limit will result in a fee due to the time required to complete them and the time this may add to the ordering process.

"IMPORTANT: Once the image has been created and a preview sent, no refunds or cancellations can occur. This is because I have invested time in creating the print and providing the preview, which means that you will have received a print free of charge. If you fail to reply to the preview within 2 days/48 hours, the image will be sent as the previewed version."

*RETURNS POLICY**
Due to the personalised nature of the product, refunds will not be issued unless the item arrives damaged. In such cases, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your item. Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Kindly ensure to check the Estimated Dispatch time under Deliveries & Policies when placing your order.
