This stunning print comes unframed in a hard-backed envelope or rolled in a poster tube, allowing you to choose your unique display options.

The option to have it framed also comes with added Gemstones attached. These correspond to your Birthstone and zodiac stone. 


DIGITAL FILES
*If you purchase a digital file, please note that no physical product will be shipped.

*You will receive a high-quality digital file that can be printed up to A3 (297x420mm). 
This file will be emailed to you, and you can print it yourself at home, through an online printing company, or at a local print shop.

*Rest assured that the digital file will be prepared and personalised promptly, typically within the same day, although we ask for a maximum of 48 hours.

Be aware that colours vary based on screen resolution, printer, and paper quality. 

This Item is also available in our store as a framed item, complete with REAL GEMSTONE CABOUCHONES and 3D items in a 25 x 25cm or 30 x 30cm Box Frame.

All details must be correct. Please check for Typos; they will not be rectified as names are directly copied and pasted from your order.

*If you desire a preview of your print before it is dispatched, kindly request this when placing your order. Please specify whether you are comfortable with being contacted via Etsy Messenger or prefer it to be sent to your email. If you opt for the emailed version, please provide the email address for delivery.*

*Please note that the price includes three revisions/corrections. Any additional changes beyond this limit will result in a fee due to the time required to complete them and the time this may add to the ordering process. 

*RETURNS POLICY**
Due to the personalised nature of the product, refunds will only be issued if the item arrives damaged. In such cases, please notify me within seven days of receiving your item. Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. When placing your order, kindly check the Estimated Dispatch time under Deliveries & Policies.
 "IMPORTANT: No refunds or cancellations can occur once the image has been created and a preview sent. This is because I have invested time in creating the print and providing the preview, which means you will have received a print free of charge. If you fail to reply to the preview within two days/48 hours, the image will be sent as the previewed version."

DELIVERY
Your print will be posted to you in a hard-backed envelope so it arrives in perfect condition. 
A3 prints will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and rolled into a poster tube for posting to avoid any damage. 
Please lay A3 prints flat under heavy objects such as books for a few hours before framing or hanging.
We will send your printout within 2-3 days of receiving the order, hopefully sooner. If you need it earlier, please email us directly.
